In companies with shared and participatory management, the dissemination of information is key. Without correct information, correct decisions cannot be made.

The information has to flow through the organisation at any level, and should not only communicate positive news, the negative is equally important for decision making, finalising a contract, improving production, etc… Strategic communication policies have to improve and change in companies; changes are achieved when they are executed step by step, with measurable and achievable results.

New technologies should help us to improve communication.

For the development of these new organisational models, through different dynamic messages and communities of people within the organisation, it is necessary for the sense of belonging to be increased and the sharing of experiences and ideas to be encouraged in order to improve the competitiveness of the companies all together.
