New management models

The project aims to achieve an organization change in the companies of the metal sector, giving an answer to all new challenges the sector is facing through training and development  of competences of workers, to adapt to the new models of business management.

The whole process should be built according to a culture based on joint responsibility, cooperation and participation of people in the company as active agents of change. The objective of the partnership supports an organization change focused to a totally different management model, based on a new relation style where people increase their knowledge, responsibilities and participation in the company, thus improve the whole organization.

  • A Learning Pathway focused to develop the competencies related to new management models, between workers and apprentices of the sector.
  • A Guide of practical exercises and gamified activities specifically designed to develop abilities of workers in the transition to new management models.
